1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Boopwell application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Boopwell is a pet health tracking application that allows you to record and manage your pet's health information including medications, vaccinations, weight, veterinary visits, food logs, allergies, and more. The Service also allows you to share pet records with authorized individuals.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features without an account. To enable cloud sync and sharing, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Boopwell offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("Boopwell Premium"). Premium features include unlimited pet profiles, pet sharing, document scanning, and more.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's policies.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Abuse the sharing feature to spam or harass others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Pet Health Disclaimer

Boopwell is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is a record-keeping tool only. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian for any questions regarding your pet's health. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of information stored in or provided by the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and those you authorize via sharing.

8. Sharing & Permissions

When you share pet records with another user, you are granting them access to the sections you select. You are responsible for managing your share permissions and may revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for how shared users use or disclose information you share with them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boopwell and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on information stored in the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time through the app's Settings or by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
