Boopwell ("we," "our," or "us") is a pet health tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Boopwell mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.

Pet Health Data: Information you voluntarily enter about your pets, including names, breeds, medications, vaccinations, weight records, veterinarian information, allergies, food logs, and other health-related data.

Photos: Pet photos and document images you choose to upload.

Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Service, including device information, app version, and interaction data.

Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Boopwell Premium, payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Sync your pet health data across your devices
• Enable sharing features with people you authorize
• Send notifications you have opted into (medication reminders, feeding reminders, appointment alerts)
• Process subscription purchases via RevenueCat
• Respond to customer support requests

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Cloud database and authentication. Your data is stored securely with row-level security policies.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and in-app purchase management.
• Apple / Google: Authentication providers and app distribution platforms.
• Expo: Push notification delivery.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your pet health data is shared only with people you explicitly invite via the sharing feature. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security in our database, and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete all your data at any time using the "Reset All Data" option in Settings. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at support@boopwell.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Export your data (via the Export Health Report feature)
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Object to or restrict certain processing

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
